My item keeps being returned

My order number is LZ476044767CN. I ordered on November 14th and my parcel keeps saying “ leaving overseas” then “package returned to fuzhou”. It has done this three times and the seller said to wait as he has sorted it out, yet today it said again the same thing that it’s been returned. Please help me sort this out

China increased the inspection of all shipments that are leaving the country. Many people are also complaining.
