hi there tracking says this has been delivered yet i have no parcel. i have asked the seller to provide me proof of delivery and i am being ignored. my tracking number is AM241880097CN. where is my parcel - its a gift for someone so i need it ASAP

Tracking details say my parcel was delivered 14th May 2025. NO parcel has been delivered?? Is this a scam. OR get my parcel delivered as soon as possible although after 28 days, this is doubtful..
