Tracking stuck on "Airline departure"

Hello! I've ordered an order from AliExpress by e-ems and they said it needs 5-7 days , but the tracking status is stuck on "Airline departure", I want to know what happened? is it lost? damaged? or what ? Please I need a clear answer. Thanks in Advance!

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.
