Tracking/seems to be stuck?

I have a package being tracked by tracking number UT187843950TH and would like to know why it hasn’t updated in almost 2 weeks? I just want to make sure my package doesn’t get stuck because I really would like the item.

It's sent by using a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in the US. So, you can't get more update after October 31. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
