Package is stuck

Hello,
I believe my package is stuck and there is no updates. The tracking number is LY851823113CN and LY854254345CN. Both pacakages were not updated in tracking and stuck at Beijing. Could you please help

Hi swifty,

They should be delayed in Beijing. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If they are stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
