China post tracking UU204361742CN shows my package arrived at regional sorting center on 08/02/2021 at 8:45 PM There has been no update since that time. I am trying to find where the package is and an approximate delivery date

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. A few days ago I got a retro tracking progress that said There was an attempted delivery on October 31. Since then, there has not been an update and I cannot locate any contact information with regard to trying to locate and have my package delivered. I would appreciate any help in resolving the issue of my last parcel
