Trying to locate package sent from Lex, KY to Taiyuan, China

Hello,
Around October 10th my family sent me a package from USPS on Nandino Drive in Lexington, KY. The tracking # is CH05172800US. The package was to be delivered to 79 Qinxian Street, Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, China. (EF office at Maoye Plaza). The Address was written on the front of the box in English if that helps. I need the items that are inside. What is the best way to go about locating this package?

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. A few days ago I got a retro tracking progress that said There was an attempted delivery on October 31. I am trying to locate a parcel sent to China on 24th August. So far it has not reached its destination.
It appears to be at the customs in Zhengzhou.
