two month after delivered to airline

hello, where is my package CP308123335CN? it's almost two month after delivered to airline without any update.I can't really wait more time without informations. I need to know:
-where is now my package,in particular if it has left China and when
-how long could be this delay
-if it i shipped by air o by sea, I need the name of the shipping company to which you have given my package and that is in charge of tranport it from Shanghai to Italy.
If you can't get those information quickly I would ask for a REFUND quickly, because if even China Post is not able to show me the the position I can only guess that my package is lost.

but when I called the china post call center they told me it was transported by sea.Please can you check with your collegues where my package really is? If you cannot give me the live position, can you at least tell the day when it is supposed to leave China and with wich vector?

It's sent by air. It should be just left China and is in transit to Italy now. To my experience, it should be reached around July 25. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to see.
