My parcel was "delivered by airline" nearly a month ago and has just sat there. I ordered 3 items, 2 of which have arrived, but this one is just sat there. You're the postal company, there must be something you can do to hurry it along.

It was delivered by airline on June 19 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
