Two packages stuck at the Sorting Center

Hi. I have 2 packages and both of them stuck at the Sorting Center according to the tracking system:
LO367609750CN - stuck for 5 weeks
LO434331515CN - stuck for 3 weeks

Hi Denys,

They have left China and is in transit to Ukraine now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when they arrive.
