Hi Ruby,

You can't get it. It was returned back to Xinxiang City where the seller is located on June 4. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi MelP98,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi there,
My packages apparently arrived at the UK sorting centre in October after I ordered them in September (so they were already taking a while to get here, but it's expected/understandable). Why have they still not arrived to me? The tracking shows that they have been stuck in the sorting centre here in the UK since October - that's two months! But I had two packages I ordered afterwards make it through to me. What's going on? Royal Mail hasn't received it but seller says it's in the country.
