Uk order not delivered yet and been in transit for over 20 days

LV326487835CN I haven’t received my delivery yet and I was told by the seller I should receive within 10-14 days everyone else from the uk that bought from the seller received their order within the time frame.It’s been nearly a month and it still says in transit ,how can a item be in a transit for over 20 days !

Hi Bersan,

e-packet is slow to UK now. It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
