Order in transit for 3 weeks. I am from Greece so I fear it may be on customs

I ordered from a reseller and since the 2nd of April my order has been in transit in Chania(my city) but it has not been delivered to me yet. I called the shipping facilities of my city and told them the tracking number I have (AT348009347CN) and they said that they have no order in my name. What I can do? I thought that it might be stuck on customs service. What I can do in that situation?
