I have two packages shipped through stamps.com that went through Global Post and then into ChinaPost.

It says it was undeliverable because of the wrong address, but the person it was shipped to was never called to confirm the delivery address.
The shipping address I was given is:

My parcel say DELIVERED but it has not been delivered to my address. I have been home all day for the past 3 days because it said OUT FOR DELIVERY for the passed 3 days. I have camera's and have checked frequently through the day to see if it was there and it has not been delivered. Can you please tell me which company had my parcel when it reached New Zealand. Here is my tracking number ZA00385819001 China EMS. I look forward to your reply.

It's delivered by New Zealand Post. In normal, if you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
