Undelivered package

Hello,
shipment number AG045516430CN was not delivered to the recipient Daniel Drechsel, Pavlouskova 4433/1, Ostrava - Poruba but only to a depot in Poruba. I cannot find out anywhere which carrier transported this shipment in the Czech Republic so that I could contact him and pick up the shipment.
Please help! Thank you.

I will contact you again. The seller refused to pay the money back because the package is somewhere in my city and was delivered by China Post so I ask you again if you can look for the package? You transported it, I need to know where it is and who transported it here in Czech, that's all, then I can find it and contact the local shipping company. Thank you for your help!
If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Czech Republic. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
