SYBAB11609901 this is the tracking number I was given and I cannot track this order. Still not delivered

Hi Toadmom,

Your package has been in LosAngeles, USA since Oct. 12. As it's sent by Pos Malaysia, it should be delivered by USPS in your country. You'd better contact USPS to ask when they will deliver it to you.

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that?
