undelivered package. it was sent to the wrong address.

Dear friends, the package with the code RV583022226CN was sent to the wrong address. The correct address is Santiago, Chile and it was shipped to Brazil.
I need the package to be sent to the correct address that appears in the purchase record.
The error has already been confirmed with the seller in a dispute on Aliexpress.
