I’ve been waiting for a parcel that seems to be sitting in a facility in Shanghai since the 24th of April & hasn’t moved since. Can I get some feedback on this situation & when the estimated time of delivery is as it’s been over a month since I’ve purchased this item ?

It was delivered today again and the recipient couldn't be connected through the phone. So, the delivery failed. You need to let the recipient in China contact the deliveryman (call 18922183607) to get it as soon as possible. Or, it will be returned back.
