Unsure if package has left China

I have a package that has been reported to "despatch from sorting center" twice and has been stuck at "arrival at sorting center" for four weeks now. Can you provide more information about where my parcel actually is and how much longer I should expect to wait until it is delivered? My tracking code is LO956348975CN, thank you.

It's still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
