Is it possible that I can assist with any queries that customs have? The seller just keeps repeating that they will not refund me until the package is returned to them. What additional information do you need? Could you explain the reason it is currently held by customs please. Is it possible that the seller is unaware that you are attempting to contact them to try to resolve this?

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. We could only help you check where the package is now and couldn't help you deal with the package. The seller needs to contact the customs by calling service number 12360 to ask how to get it. You could do nothing in UK.

Thank you for advising parcel referenced RN014958579GB is currently held by customs. As suggested, I contacted the seller but they refuse to acknowledge or assist. They simply state that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost or held by Customs and I will only be offered a refund if they receive it. Please advise what I can do to resolve this.

Tracking seems to have stopped since 2nd October 2020. Please can you let me know when this will be delivered please. I have returned faulty clothing items to the manufacturer in China and the seller will not refund me until they receive the items.
