Hi Fabio,

Sorry, the information is updated by the courier. It may be delayed to update due to some reason. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck for over 20 days, it may be lost. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

I placed a Wish order on April 6th. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from April 30th). I thought that the status bar was right and that the order status ceased to update, but unfortunately it is the other way around. The arrival date got extended to June 26th. There has been no update in the delivery status since April 12th, which said "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada". I already checked with CanadaPost, who told me they don't have any information about it either. It usually takes no more than five days for me to receive a package mailed the same way as this one. I understand it can take much longer time to process due to COVID 19 but can you tell me where it is?

Hi There,
Could you please advise the status of my item. When I checked your website the status tracking said, "Cleared and waiting for international departure". This was on the 2nd of April, it has 12 days and there has been no tracking status update. Could you please help
