No update on delivery status

Here is my tracking number: EB716454533CN
There has been no update in the delivery status since April 12th, which said "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada". I already checked with CanadaPost, who told me they don't have any information about it either. It usually takes no more than five days for me to receive a package mailed the same way as this one. I understand it can take much longer time to process due to COVID 19 but can you tell me where it is?

Hi Riley,

It didn't pass the check and returned back on May 3. It's sent again on May 3 and is in transit in China now. It will leave China recently if there is no problem for it. You'd better wait another 10-20 days to see.
