[Urgent!] Haven't received the Parcel for 2 months

Hi,
Im writing to enquire the parcel: LA739874675NL. The parcel is shipped out from the Netherlands by Post NL, to Shanghai Pudong New area, China.
According to the China Post tracking website, the last update shows the parcel "leaving the port" on April 26, 2025 at 1:40 AM, with China Post listed as the courier. However, there has been no further update for over 1.5 months, and the overall transit time has now exceeded 2 months.
I’ve tried contacting China Post via online chat and customer service, but was told they are unable to trace the parcel as it is an INTERNATIONAL shipment. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get any additional tracking information through other channels either.
This parcel is extremely important for both myself and my customer, and the lack of visibility has caused significant concern. I kindly urge you to investigate this matter and provide any possible update or assistance on the current location and next steps.
