I received the email with the tracking number on March 6th, now it's May 17th and the parcel is still in the same place waiting to be processed!!! 2 months have passed!!! Please, let me know as soon as possible.

Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. There is few flight to Italy which makes it delayed. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, you can contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
