Hi USMCretLTC,

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it although it's expired in tracking.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update after Nov.13. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
