I'm recipient in China and also my parents are senders from Ukraine. I called in China Post 2 days ago,they said "OK,we will check and call you back", but no answer!

Call China Post again. It's not normal for it because it has been nearly a month for it to be transited to Yunyao. It only need two or three days.

Are you the recipient in China? There is no further update after Nov. 14. The reason may it's stuck there or the recipeint has got it but tracking stops on the day. If you are the sender, you'd better contact the recipient in China to call China Post service number 11183 to ask what happens to it if the recipient hasn't got it.
