Waiting for the shipment from February until 16 April 2020. Please help!!

Hello,

Could you please help me to check my tracking number LO830079567CN?

Based on the tracking report, it noted that the shipment of sneakers is still delivered from Beijing, leaving the Beijing International Tianyi Processing Center, to "Beijing International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)" from 5 April until now. I am waiting for this shipment from February until today 16 April 2020.

Could you help me to check the current situation of this package?

Hi Kelly,

It's still in transit from Beijing International Tianyi Processing Center to Beijing International Mail Exchange Station now. It's delayed due to the coronavirus. You need to wait for more days to get update.

I have been waiting for my shipment since April 24th and it hasn't been arrived for almost 1 month.
The tracking website shows that it already arrived to Poland on 29th of April. I don't know where my shipment stays
in Poland for 19 days ... Could you be so kind to check the detailed status where exactly my shipment is

Shipment LO987631285CN had reached sorting centre on 10th April 2020 but it still appears the same status on 29th April 2020.
May I know if there is a problem with it? What I can do about it and when I will expected to receive the item?
