Shipment LO987631285CN had reached sorting centre on 10th April 2020 but it still appears the same status on 29th April 2020.
May I know if there is a problem with it? What I can do about it and when I will expected to receive the item?

package EE842899175CN pending till 3/28 with no update. Can you please check where it is now?

Hi Bin,
It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

I understand that there are delay due to the Coronavirus. But, stuck at the sorting centre for 20 days? It doesn't looks normal. If the item lost, better said it lost rather than wait for 60 days and only be told that the item had lost in transit.
Can you please reconfirm if there are really no issue with the parcel?

It's still stuck at Guangzhou International Center now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
