I ordered a parcel from giodani. The tracking number is LZ9917876978CN. When ever I open the website it says “website does not exist”. China post website says the parcel number is wrong. Is this a scam website?

I sent my parcel from France to China. Here is my French tracking number EW164969719FR, and here is my international tracking number 051003011776116496971101156. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information about this parcel on the website. On the French Post website it says that since August 31 the parcel has been ready for delivery, but it has not been delivered yet. Could you please tell me what the problem is and what I should do to ensure the parcel is delivered to the recipient? The address and phone number are correct. Thank you.

I try to track my order in your website and put the tracking no., but i notce that I always get wrong vericification code. Is there problem in your website? because my first packet is everything smooth. and since last week i try to track my other packet then i always recieved a message that "Wrong verfication code! Please check and enter it again"
