It's located at No 3, Yihua Street, Zhu Zi Lin, Futian District. Contact number is 83711988. As they couldn't speak Chinese, you'd better let one of your Chinese friends to call the number. Or you can call China Post service line 11185 (then press 8 for English service) to ask if it's still there and ask if they could arrange delivery to your place again.
Hi please advise how do we change the delivery address of a parcel, the address is incorrect and I will not receive the parcel or be notified and will not receive a refund on the goods.

I posted my parcel via EMS from China to the Philippines on 10/12, and I stopped receiving updates since the 10/15, the last one was: Dispatch to country of destination. I've been told that my parcel will take only between 7 and 10 days. Now it has been 18 days and still no clue where is my parcel at.
