What can I do about a scam?

Waited couple of months for order paid $89.00 guaranteed at least that value or more. got 2 usb cords and a suppose to be a "silver" coin at best worth $30.00 bucks. Help? Thanks any advice PLEASE!!!!

Hi J Ray,

If you don't get the right item, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

All this is a scam. Even this website. When u ask customer service help, they ask u to fill a form and pay $1 to connect but then u have to enter your credit card details ot pay via PayPal and not $1 but different amount everytime, $35 or $47 or $25. They ask for a membership monthly fee which they say can be canceled at anytime by signing in. All SCAM. Do mot buy anything from China online.

I have packages coming from the following tracking numbers and I know if you call a worker they can tell you if it is a physical package or scam, because I have schizophrenia and believe it could be a scam shopping website. Here are my package numbers please make sure my package is delivered to me and tell me if its a scam. AS750433758CN, AS750419030CN, LV746616725CN, AS750438998CN, AS750429565CN, LV744916038CN, LV752240283CN. I want to know if these are packages being sent to me, they are mostly cloth, should be big packages.

Where is my parcel why are you lying to the world that you deliver the parcels but you don't even collect them from the sender. I didn't receive the package and it wasn't delivered to the neighbors either or I was informed where it could be.
