What do i do with status 'unsuccesfully delivery attempt'?

I have status 'Unsuccessfully delivery attempt' for my order ZC04975690999, please contact me when the courier is delivering so i can receive my package or tell them to leave my package at the recepcion.

The package is not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
