Hello i would like if you explained this delivery status to me "Fuzhou Processing Center, has been exported to the mutual seal (domestic transfer)" and told me where is my package located at this moment.

Fuzhou Processing Center, has been exported to the mutual seal (domestic transfer) means it's in transit to the next city in China for exportation. It's still in domestic transfer in China now.
