I would like to know where my package is at.. when I track it, it says it was delivered to us ranson and the zip code to where am at but that’s it .. and I don’t have it so where did it go? AT066352657CN

Hi Kemoni miller,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
