what happened to my package

my package appears to have already past customs and is in an express delivery facility in my state even though it’s already been there since may 9th. It doesn’t even say which facility it is at, am I able to get info on which exact facility it is at?

The package is not normal. It may be lost in the USA. You need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to investigate. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
