What happens with my package if it’s not arrived to my country yet?

Hi, I order a package from aliexpress three months ago and I haven’t received any updated information from the tracking number. Can you track the location? I’m thinking it might lost because the post from my country cannot track package with no updated information for more than three months. I called them and they said there is no package arrived in australia. Can you please let me know where is my package? This is my tracking number LH809096232CN

It may be lost. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Why is my order stuck at arrived at destination country for a lot of days? It is even crossing the last expected delivery which will be on August 6th. If it is at my country why didn't it start customs processing yet. I have contacted my local post office and they said nothing has arrived yet.
