If you want the cheapest price and are not urgent to get it in USA, you can use ship (Surface) to deliver it. As it exceeds 13kg, you should use China Post large package service. Up to 1kg, it needs 83.5 RMB and for every additional 1kg, it need 20 RMB. For 13kg, you need to pay about 330 RMB.

If you are urgent, you'd better use air to send it. It needs about 1300 RMB. Another way is to use SAL, the price is about 720 RMB. This way is lower than air but faster than ship.

You'd better call 11185 or go to the nearest post office to ask for details.
