What is going on with this package

Dear Madam/Sir,
I would very much appreciate if you could tell me what is going on with this package, just books. a gift to the Guanlan Printmaking Museum. Please, let me know, phone number and e-mail of the person to who the parcel is addressed are given on label; if not yet delivered, if at all possible contact him so that he can retrieve the package.
