My parcel from Singapore to china CZ003187945SG is waiting for the receiver to pay tax, may i know what is the amount for the tax and what is the contact number for the post office?

The tax is 107.41RMB.

You can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' if you are the receiver. If no, you can also help the receiver to pay taxes by clicking '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay the finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.

AS012675328CN my order shows arriving in the US and being delivered to our town, not my address. The post office cannot track it with the China Post tracking number and they cannot find it. I would like to know what is going on. The seller says they have no responsibility because it shows delivered on the tracking and to contact the local post office, but the local post office cannot track it... I am getting very frustrated!
