What is the new tracking number in my country?

Shipment number AG333048548CN was delivered to an incorrect address. Can you tell me who will deliver this shipment to me in my country? And can you tell me what the new shipment number is after it arrived in the Czech Republic, Because I can't find out who's delivering the package in my country? Thank you very much

Hi Aleks,

It will be delivered by your local post service after it arrives in Czech Republic. For the new tracking number, you need to require the seller to provide it to you. In general, if you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi dear
My problem with the exactly tracking number the seller given this number WUYOU1111231702 but this number not work with my country post my issue now I lose my parcel because of the number tracking. Now if you give me the exactly number of tracking like this for example : (RL*********CN) when I get this number I can found my parcel in my Country post immediately.
Please help me to find the number of tracking
