Stuck parcel ?

Hello,
I hope you are well.
My parcel has not moved since it was recieved i.e. for 10 days. Is this normal, and what is the usual transit time?
Also, my seller told me that another shipping country will take over with another tracking number, so, will this shifting occur in china or my country ?

Hi Ali,

It's normal now. It's still in transit in China now and hasn't left China. This kind of packages usullly takes about 30-40 days to be delivered to Kuwait. You'd better wait for more days to get it.
