Hi Emil,

It's not stuck. Since April 11, it's on the way to your country. It's still in transit now. There will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't get it in time, better contact the sender to give you a solution.

Is there a way to get the sender information other e-mail or phone number, as the one from where I bought it is not answering?

Hi there,
can someone pls check on status of my package for the following tracking #: RV526127501CN

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
