when will I receive my package?

I cannot load where my order is on your site. My code is: EH030253269NL. I would like to know when I will receive my package as on Globalposts site which says it is in china and I should be able to see it on your site here. It says it has been in China Customs since the 18th of March, when can I expect to receive the order?

It's waiting for the receiver to pay for the tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
