UW466752845CN was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on May 30. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

UW489978989CN is still stuck in China now. It's not normal. You also need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
