When was it sent out? There is no tracking information at present for it. Possible reason:
1. The sender has not sent it.
2. It's sent by China post ordinary small packet plus. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it or only provide few tracking information for it.

In this case, China Post doesn't provide tracking information for it as it's sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus.

Yes, it's on the way to your country but couldn't be tracked. If you couldn't get it within two months, it's not normal. Then, contact the sender to give you a solution.

I am trying to track down a package that was sent via Canada Post to China. I was informed item has already arrived in China on June 10th, however they are unable to view additional details as it will be handed over to the local courier. I recognize Canada Post usually hands it over to China Post. Can you please take a look into this? I need the China tracking number. This is an important parcel as it is a return package and seller will not issue refund without proof.

Hello, want to ask can I get a confirmation from you. that this package was sent with economic method within China Post, need this for dispute on one site for sale. The package was tracked in country of buyer by local post maybe by mistake, or because the package is was a little bigger, I think that this second is a reason, so that's a problem. Package was ordered with China Post Registered Air Mail but the seller is sent with Small Packet BY AIR. Package number: RP853496274CN
