Where is my package?

My package has been shipped from China 6 weeks ago (tracking code: CP412853996CN).
The tracking system says the package is still in Shanghai.
China Post says the package has already arrived in Italy.
Italian Post says that the package has never arrived and that it’s still in China.
China Post gave me a flight number (LH8403-246). I called Lufthansa Cargo but they said that that flight is not showing.
I have absolutely no idea what to do. Please help me tracking my package and provide me informations. ThankYou

It was received by airline on May 14. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
