Where is my package ?

This is just ridiculous how can I be waiting for almost 3 months for a package now ? I have made other orders from China and have been received way quicker than this. What is going on ? It has been 69 days since it has been in transit. My tracking number is LS297023342CN. Wow I will never be ordering from China again.
