Hi, my tracking is CP315616675CN. It was shipped in last May. There isn’t any updates for three months. Is it stuck at the Jersey port or customs? Thanks!

Hi nana,

It has been stuck in the US since September 23. As you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
