Where is my package?

I placed an order back in the beginning of February and still have not received my package they got the money through PayPal I don’t even have a PayPal and PayPal will not assist me I’d like to know if I will ever see my package?

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AQ604698907CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows out for delivery on October 9th.
