Hello! I’ve been tracking my package EA278062595CN since February. Until now it hasn’t been shipped to my country. Please help.

Hi Rickybh,

It may be delayed by some reason. Are you in China or in Philippines now? If you are in China, call China EMS service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happens to it.
